The project is being developed by Godrej Residency Pvt. Ltd ("Developer") and Godrej Properties Limited has been appointed as the Development Manager. The Project was earlier developed by Neelkamal Realtors Towers Private Limited which has now been transferred to the Developer pursuant to registered deed of conveyance dated 23rd December 2022. The change of promoter has been approved by MahaRERA and the Developer has made requisite application for correction of details on the MahaRERA portal which are underway.
